This year, we’re taking over two waterfront homes on beautiful Kent Island, Maryland. There will be kayaks and bay toys, maybe a little fishing, plenty of good food, spontaneous adventures, ridiculous amounts of laughter, and the kind of porch conversations that somehow stay with you long after the weekend ends.

Because that’s what happens at Lake Girl. Women arrive as acquaintances, sometimes complete strangers, and somewhere between the laughter, adventures, honest conversations, shared meals, and ridiculous moments, something shifts. Walls come down. Friendships form. Women feel seen, celebrated, and genuinely connected. They leave with a whole new circle of women rooting for them long after the retreat ends.

No pressure. No perfection. No pretending. Just really good women reminding each other how good it feels to be fully themselves.
